FAQ
FAQ — Lomyna
Questions often tell us as much as products do. Here you’ll find clear answers about our materials, craftsmanship, care, shipping, and custom orders.
Where do Lomyna products come from?
We source the finest natural textiles from skilled artisans and trusted mills around the world — choosing only what we believe is truly worth your touch.
What materials are used in Lomyna products?
Natural cotton and premium viscose, selected for softness, breathability, and lasting comfort against the skin.
Are Lomyna products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our natural fibers are chosen not just for their feel, but for what they don’t contain — no harsh chemicals, no synthetic coatings, no unnecessary additives. Customers with sensitive and reactive skin have returned to Lomyna after their first use and told us so. We believe in these materials because we have tested them on our own skin first.
How do I care for my Lomyna product?
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water, without bleach. Dry in shade to preserve softness and color over time. For hand-woven pieces, we recommend adding one tablespoon of white vinegar to the rinse cycle every 2–3 months — a simple step that keeps the natural fibers feeling fresh and renewed.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Full details are available on our [Shipping page].
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 15 days of delivery. Returned items should be clean and in reasonably good condition. For orders over $150, Lomyna covers return shipping in full. For orders below $150, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—in that case, Lomyna always covers the return shipping cost.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. For hotels, spas, and boutiques, we offer custom orders with your preferred logo and colors. Reach out to us at [info@lomyna.com] & contact-lomyna/ to discuss your project.
What makes Lomyna different from other textile brands?
Every Lomyna piece begins as a test on our own skin. We wash it, wear it, and live with it — refining the fiber, the weave, and the finish — before it is ever approved for production. Only once we are certain it meets our own standard do we bring it to life at scale. This is not mass production with a luxury label. It is luxury, tested first, then made for you.
